Overview of Key Time Management Training
Many people believe they don’t have time for practice, but in reality, it’s all about how we manage our remaining 8 hours each day.
There are 24 hours in a day—8 spent sleeping and another 8 at work or school. That leaves 8 hours of potential choice. By breaking these into 1-hour and 0.5-hour blocks, you can visually map out where your time is going.
Of course, responsibilities and priorities exist within those hours. However, just 30 minutes of daily piano practice can lead to significant improvement while still leaving plenty of time for other commitments.
The real issue isn’t a lack of time—it’s about prioritisation and intentional time management.
This framework empowers individuals to take control of their schedules and integrate meaningful activities into their routines.
Even the busiest people can unlock new opportunities for practice by strategically allocating their 8 hours of potential choice.
