5. Accounts & Access

If you create an account, you must provide accurate details and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We may suspend access if we believe an account is being misused, shared, or used fraudulently.


6. Payments, Renewals & Billing

Prices are shown at checkout (in GBP unless stated otherwise).

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

You authorise us (and our payment providers) to take payment on the schedule you selected.

If a payment fails, access may be paused until payment is resolved.


7. Refunds & Cancellation

Digital products (courses, downloads, memberships)

Due to the instant access nature of digital content, all sales are final unless required otherwise by law.

Coaching services

Coaching packages are non-refundable once delivered or scheduled, unless required otherwise by law.

If you cancel a scheduled session, rescheduling rules (if offered) depend on the package terms stated at purchase.

All content (videos, PDFs, lessons, practice systems, templates, recordings, community materials, and any training resources) is owned by PianoCoursePro or licensed to us.

You may:

You are responsible for practising safely. If you experience pain, strain, or injury, stop and seek medical or professional advice. We are not liable for injuries arising from practice.

We may use third-party tools (e.g., video hosting, payment processors, email software, webinar platforms). Your use of those tools may also be governed by their own terms and policies.
